Mantra Meditation in the Solar Tradition

Mantra meditation is an advanced yet easily learned transcendent form of meditation in silence, which offers the practitioner the blessing of the particular mantra alongside the cultivation of ever subtler discernment.

This offering is aimed both at beginners and at people who already have experience of meditation but would like to deepen it considerably with the Sambodha knowledge of the Solar Tradition. The only prerequisites are an interest in learning something new, and the willingness to meditate daily and to attend the weekly sessions as continuously as possible.

A group will form here up to the end of March 2014, and we will then deepen the meditation practice together over the following months: first with a simple truth mantra, later also with personal mantras according to the needs of the individual participants. Alongside this I teach the knowledge relevant to the meditation. Since meditation unfolds within life, that knowledge ultimately touches every aspect of our consciousness, and therefore of our life as well ;-)

The event costs EUR 18.00 per evening, or EUR 150.00 for a card of ten. But it will not founder on money – anyone who can and wants to pay more will certainly not be stopped by me, and neither will anyone who has a smaller monthly budget available.
